1. من نحن

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف نجمع بياناتك عند استخدامك تطبيق Study League، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

Study League تطبيق تعليمي موجّه لطلبة البكالوريا في الجزائر، يوفّر تصحيحا آليا لتمارين البكالوريا الرسمية بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وميزات تحدّيات بين المستخدمين ولوحة ترتيب. التطبيق متاح لمن هم في سنّ الثالثة عشرة (13) فأكثر.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

عند إنشاء حسابك

• بريدك الإلكتروني
• اسم المستخدم الذي تختاره
• كلمة مرورك — مُشفّرة، لا يمكننا رؤيتها
• صورة حسابك من Google (فقط إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google — نستقبل رابط الصورة، ولا نُخزّن الصورة ذاتها)

أثناء استخدامك التطبيق

• محاولاتك ودرجاتك وملاحظات الذكاء الاصطناعي
• نقاط ترتيبك ومستواك
• عمليات شرائك للتمارين
• مشاركتك في غرف التحدي مع مستخدمين آخرين
• سلاسل مواظبتك، إعجاباتك، محفوظاتك

ما لا نحتفظ به: صور حلولك

صور حلولك المكتوبة بخطّ اليد لا تُخزَّن عندنا. نستقبلها لحظيّا فقط لتمريرها إلى محرّك التصحيح بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ثمّ تُحذف تلقائيا فور انتهاء التصحيح (سواء نجح أو فشل). نحتفظ فقط بالنتيجة (العلامة والملاحظات النصّية) لا بالصورة.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تشغيل الخدمة الأساسية: تصحيح حلولك، حساب نقاط الترتيب، إدارة رصيدك من التمارين.
• تحسين جودة التصحيح: قد نراجع بعض المحاولات — بعد إزالة معلومات هويتك — لتحسين رسائل الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• نزاهة الترتيب: نسجّل إذا خرجت من التطبيق أثناء الحلّ، وذلك لحماية عدالة لوحة الصدارة.

4. الأطراف الثالثة

للتشغيل نعتمد على مقدّمي خدمات موثوقين. لا نبيع بياناتك لأحد.

Supabase (Supabase, Inc. — الولايات المتحدة / خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي)

تُخزَّن جميع بيانات حسابك وصورك على منصّة Supabase. راجع سياسة الخصوصية الخاصّة بهم.

Google Gemini AI (Google LLC — الولايات المتحدة)

عند إرسالك حلا للتصحيح، نُرسل نصّ التمرين وصور حلّك إلى واجهة Google Gemini للحصول على الدرجة. لا نُرسل بريدك الإلكتروني ولا اسم المستخدم. تخضع البيانات لسياسة خصوصية Google.

Chargily Pay (شركة جزائرية)

عند شرائك تمارين ببطاقة الذهبية أو CIB، تعالج Chargily الدفع مباشرة. لا تصلنا تفاصيل بطاقتك في أيّ وقت.

Aptabase (Aptabase B.V. — هولندا)

نستخدم Aptabase لجمع إحصائيات مجهولة الهوية عن استخدام التطبيق (مثلا: عدد التمارين المفتوحة، عدد عمليات التصحيح، الانتقال بين الصفحات). لا تُرسَل معلومات شخصية: لا بريدك، ولا اسم المستخدم، ولا محتوى حلولك. تخضع البيانات لسياسة خصوصية Aptabase.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• بيانات الحساب: طيلة مدّة نشاط الحساب، ولمدّة 30 يوما بعد طلب الحذف.
• صور حلولك: تُحذف تلقائيا فور انتهاء التصحيح (سواء نجح أو فشل). لا نحتفظ بأيّ صورة بعد إعادة النتيجة إليك. الصور المرفوعة التي لم تُصحَّح (مثلا بسبب إغلاق التطبيق فجأة) تُحذف تلقائيا خلال ساعات قليلة.
• سجلات الدفع: تُحتفظ بها 5 سنوات وفقا لالتزامات محاسبية.

6. حقوقك

لديك في أيّ وقت الحق في:

• الوصول إلى البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك
• تصحيحها إن كانت غير دقيقة
• حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك (باستثناء ما يتطلّب القانون الاحتفاظ به)
• الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للنقل
• سحب موافقتك على أيّ معالجة قائمة على الموافقة

لممارسة أيّ من هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على peakdev26@gmail.com. سنردّ خلال 30 يوما.

7. أمان البيانات

• كلمات المرور مُشفّرة بمعايير قياسية
• الاتصال بخوادمنا مشفّر عبر HTTPS
• عزل صارم على مستوى قاعدة البيانات: لا يمكن لأيّ مستخدم رؤية صور أو نتائج مستخدم آخر
• المدفوعات تُعالج عبر Chargily مع تحقّق HMAC للإشعارات

8. حدّ السنّ والمستخدمون القاصرون

Study League متاح لمن بلغوا 13 سنة فأكثر. إذا كان عمرك دون 13 سنة، الرجاء عدم إنشاء حساب أو استخدام التطبيق. عند اكتشافنا أنّ مستخدما دون 13 سنة قد سجّل، سنحذف حسابه وبياناته فورا.

إذا كان عمرك بين 13 و18 سنة، نشجّعك على إعلام وليّ أمرك باستخدامك للتطبيق، خصوصا فيما يخصّ عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق.

إذا كنتَ وليّ أمر أو وصيّا قانونيا وتودّ حذف حساب ابنك، راسلنا على peakdev26@gmail.com وسنستجيب في أسرع وقت.

لا نستخدم بيانات القاصرين للاستهداف الإعلاني تحت أيّ ظرف، ولا نبيع بياناتهم لأيّ طرف ثالث.

9. تعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. عند حدوث تغييرات جوهرية، سنُخطر المستخدمين داخل التطبيق قبل سريان التعديل بأسبوع على الأقلّ.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use the Study League mobile app.

Study League is an educational app for Algerian Baccalauréat students. It provides AI-graded practice on official Bac exercises, plus multiplayer rooms (up to 4 players) and leaderboards. The app is available to users aged 13 and older.

2. What data we collect

When you sign up

• Email address
• Chosen username
• Password — hashed; we cannot see it
• Google profile picture URL (only if you sign in with Google — we receive the URL, not the image itself)

While you use the app

• Your attempts, scores, and AI feedback
• Rank points and tier
• Purchases of exercise credits
• Participation in multiplayer rooms with other users
• Streak data, likes, saved exercises

What we do NOT store: your solution photos

The photos of your handwritten solutions are not stored on our servers. They are held only for the split second needed to hand them to the AI grader, and are automatically deleted the moment grading finishes (whether it succeeded or failed). We keep only the result — the score and text feedback — never the image.

3. How we use your data

• Running the core service: grading your solutions, computing rank, managing your exercise balance.
• Improving grading quality: we may review some attempts (with identifying information removed) to improve the AI's feedback.
• Leaderboard integrity: we record whether the app was backgrounded during solving, to keep the ranking fair.

4. Third parties

We rely on trusted service providers to operate. We do not sell your data.

Supabase (Supabase, Inc. — United States, servers in the EU)

All account data and photos are stored on Supabase. See their privacy policy.

Google Gemini AI (Google LLC — United States)

When you submit a solution, we send the exercise text and your solution photo(s) to Google's Gemini API to get a grade. We do not send your email or username. Governed by Google's privacy policy.

Chargily Pay (Algerian company)

When you buy exercises with Edahabia or CIB, Chargily processes the payment directly. We never receive your card details.

Aptabase (Aptabase B.V. — Netherlands)

We use Aptabase to collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g. how many exercises were opened, how many gradings were run, screen navigation). No personal information is sent: not your email, not your username, not the content of your solutions. Data is governed by Aptabase's privacy policy.

5. Data retention

• Account data: for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after a deletion request.
• Solution photos: automatically deleted the moment grading finishes (whether it succeeded or failed). We never retain a photo after returning its result. Uploaded photos that never get graded (e.g. because the app was force-closed) are swept automatically within a few hours.
• Payment records: kept for 5 years for accounting compliance.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct it if inaccurate
• Delete your account and associated data (except where retention is legally required)
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing

To exercise any of these rights, email peakdev26@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data security

• Passwords are hashed with industry standards
• Communication with our servers is HTTPS-encrypted
• Strict database-level isolation: no user can see another user's photos or results
• Payments are processed by Chargily with HMAC-verified webhooks

8. Age limit and minors

Study League is available to users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not create an account or use the app. If we discover that a user under 13 has registered, we will delete the account and their data immediately.

If you are between 13 and 18, we encourage you to make your parent or guardian aware of your use of the app, particularly regarding in-app purchases.

If you are a parent or guardian and wish to delete your child's account, email peakdev26@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

We never use minors' data for advertising targeting, and we do not sell their data to any third party.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. For material changes, we will notify users in the app at least one week before the change takes effect.
